PROJECTS

SHERIDAN BUFFALO

This project involves resurfacing and 2 major slide repairs on 5.21 miles of Interstate 90 beginning at mile post 40.12 between Sheridan and Buffalo, Wyoming. The original contract amount was $19,183,206.40 and was awarded to Oftedal March 15, 2007. Work began on the job last spring (2007) and the majority of the grading work (slide repairs) and resurfacing of the west bound lanes was completed during that year. With extraordinary amounts of spring snow delaying the project initially, much of the work was accomplished utilizing a double shift. Thanks to these efforts (and a relatively mild fall), the paving work was completed prior to winter shut down.
